That is good! I'd be happy if they just aired that a few times in paid advertising, just as a counter-point to the "strike up the scary music" clowns.

  3. When I viewed that a couple of hours ago it had only been viewed 17 times and it now has over 300. Not exactly kicking the doors in, but not bad either.

  4. Agreed Joseph. Not sure what the plan is going forward yet.

  5. Omar, it's hitting twitter, etc., so the number should climb and if life is fair, CTV will play it at least as often as they've played the Con ad.

  6. foot, I think it's good that he did it and I think it's a good counter point to the shlock the Conservatives released.

  7. It is the middle of the working day - I think tomorrow will be more telling.

Imagine how nice it would be to have a PM with some class, statesmanship, maturity and oodles of international experience and global recognition.

Wouldn't have to "pay" for strategists in the US to get him known.

  9. Well silly me for thinking that CTV would do the right thing.

You-tube is a good solution for the Liberals because they don't have the money for tv ad time that the Cons do. I esp like the point that the Harper is directing $ and energy to attack ads instead of the economy.

  12. liliannattel, what's interesting to me is listening to good ol Monty Solberg tonight defending the ads.

He said the government has a perfect right to be questioning what Ignatieff's policies are.

I'm quite sure that the party is paying for the ads, not the government, but it was quite telling to me just how the Conservative party perceive their role.

In other words, they''ve never stopped playing the part of the opposition. Fine by me. The sooner they are back where they are comfortable, the better.
