Looking good so far. I was hoping the previous site wasn't the permanent one because it was pale and tacky.
I like the darker red - the palish red looks cheap.
I prefer the red here too. It's not gone to the burgundy that was toyed with at one time and it's not the brighter red you refer to.
It would also appear that it's easier to navigate with more info.
So far so good.

On the prompting of the party email I received tonight, I joined the party for a two year stint. I'd thought about it for a little while now, but I thought the letter and included video from M was quite good. It sold me.
It's funny how some insulted the Conservative web site for showing much of Harper....
The Liberal one promotes Iggy... Even the key words seems to confabulate about Iggy "Official website of the Liberal Party of Canada, led by Michael Ignatieff"
As a sidenote, what the hell is Volpe doing as transport critic?

cwtf...you're really stretching my man. This is in no way comparable to the Con site and Harper. It's not Ignatieff all the time as you go through the site and I have no idea where you got that 'led by' line.
Volpe? I have no idea, so what can I say? Do note however when issues relating to his file come up in the House, well QP, he's not the one to ask the questions. That falls to Kennedy, Hall Findlay, Valeriote, Brison and even McTeague.

For years, various members of Liblogs have decried that the Conservative website was promoting Harper... or brand Harper if you prefer...
Oh the cries of outrage at Harper being everywhere on that site... Some even laughed at the gallery saying that it only seemed to included Harper...
Fast forward to the Liberal site and what do you have?

Like I said, Liberals/Conservative = no difference...

It won't be like this on the site forever, like Harper has done at theirs. It's to let people know WHO Ignatieff is. There are people who go to the site who aren't Lib Party members looking for info. This is one way to provide more on Ignatieff as people don't know all that much yet. Much better this than the continual wrong framing being done by Harper & Cons.
Harper's is the same since day one. And in the govt. building Harper has removed every photo, pic of ALL other PM's & has his plastered everywhere. Doubt Michael would ever do that. Harper is a megalomaniac.
And you HAVE become tedious & boring. Total negativity. You want the perfect party, the "ideal", well ain't gonna happen, never has. Have you met one perfect person in your life? Thought not. So why should any Party be different.
